Return/Exchange Policy


Return:  If you receive a damaged product, then upon return of said product (postage is at the customers own expense) you will receive a full refund, minus the cost of the original postage.  

We will not refund for any damage caused by the customer.  (This includes:  putting them in dryers, rough handling, washing them with work clothes or jeans etc)

We have a 10 day return policy.  If you wish to return your product due to faulty workmanship or the fit is completely wrong, then please return to:  

The Big Knicker Company, P.O. Box 565, New Norfolk, Tasmania 7140 within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Exchange:  We will exchange if the product does not fit for whatever reason.  We will not exchange if someone just doesn't like the colour.  Mail back the product to our company.  Customer is liable for the return postage.  Inform us of the problem by email beforehand (sales@bigknickercompany.com) and let us know which product you would choose as your replacement.  Once we receive the returned product, we will mail the replacement to you (at our cost).
